
In view of determining the progress in achieving the office performance objectives and providing information regarding the status of the implementation of various Programs, Projects, and Activities, the Schools Division Office of Calamba City reviews program implementation and performance for the Second Quarter of Fiscal Year 2024 during the Research and Innovative Practices in Enhancing Organizational Effectiveness cum Program and Performance Implementation Review at Central Park Reef Resort, Olongapo, Subic Bay on June 26-28, 2024.

In her message, SDS Merthel M. Evardome, CESO V, stressed the importance of knowing where “we are now, how far or near we are towards our target, and how else we can do best in hitting the target.” She reminded everyone to submit accomplishment reports once PPAs have been conducted.
OIC-ASDS Nadine C. Celindro highlighted that all units and sectionsโ previous performances and program implementation will be reviewed so “we can identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.”
Unit and section heads of the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent reported the status of general and support services provided vis-ร -vis targets as indicated in their Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form. Each presenter highlighted notable achievements and shared strategies implemented to improve efficiency and effectiveness in their respective areas of responsibility.

Each program proponent of the School Governance and Operations Division led by Chief Dolorosa S. De Castro such as Planning and Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Mobilization and Networking, Youth Formation, Human Resource Development, Education Facilities, School Health, and Private Schools presented their significant accomplishments, challenges encountered, and way forward.

After the presentation of each functional division, SDS Evardome gave feedback and suggestions to all presenters on how they can further improve the delivery of basic education services.
