As part of the broader ROSSELER (Results-Oriented Social Services in Education for Learning Enhancement and Recovery) initiative, Project UPLIFT (ALSTECH for ALL) continues to modernize ALS centers and equip learners with essential tools to thrive in the digital age. On January 9, 2025, the City Government of Calamba, under the leadership of Mayor Roseller H. Rizal and Schools Division Superintendent Merthel M. Evardome, CESO V spearheaded the distribution of laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, learning modules, and other educational supplies to ALS learners and facilitators.

This significant milestone reflects the unwavering commitment to transforming ALS centers into technologically advanced learning hubs. These centers now offer vibrant, interactive, and engaging learning environments where students are not only equipped with traditional educational resources but also provided access to modern technology designed to enhance their learning experiences.

By bridging the digital divide, Project UPLIFT (ALSTECH for ALL) ensures that ALS learners are empowered with the tools they need to excel in an increasingly digital world. The integration of technology in learning has opened doors to new possibilities, fostering digital literacy, critical thinking, and innovation among learners who might otherwise have been left behind.
