The Schools Division Office of Calamba City conducted a Capacity-Building Seminar to strengthen educators’ skills in analyzing the National Achievement Test 12 results for SY 2022-2023 to 2023-2024 at Bulwagang Rizal, 4th floor of the DepEd main building on February 19, 2025.
 
This initiative aimed to enhance educators’ competencies in interpreting assessment data and using it for evidence-based instructional planning.
 
The activity gathered school heads, head teachers, and education program supervisors to discuss students’ performance across different learning areas and strategize on improving future results.
 
CID Chief Mariliza T. Espada welcomed participants, emphasizing the role of assessment data in shaping effective teaching strategies. Dr. Rosemarie M. Magnaye outlined the objectives, highlighting the need for targeted interventions while Ligaya G. Martir presented the NAT 12 results, showcasing student performance across subjects.
 
Meanwhile, Education Program Supervisors provided in-depth analyses of student performance in various learning areas, including Mathematics (EPS Rosemarie M. Magnaye), Science (EPS Ma. Fe Lorelei E. Amon), English (EPS Andrea C. Senadoza), Wika at Komunikasyon (EPS Lino T. Sanchez), Philosophy (EPS Marivic R. Calderon), and Humanities and Social Sciences.
 
Each presentation included an analysis of strengths and challenges per subject, as well as recommendations for instructional enhancement.
