The Schools Division Office of Calamba City, through its Records Section, conducted an orientation for the designated school records custodians on the use and implementation of the newly enhanced Online Document Tracking System at Bulwagang Rizal, 4th floor of the DepEd main building, on September 5, 2024.

The orientation aimed to familiarize school records custodians with the upgraded features and functionalities of the DTS, ensuring more efficient document management and streamlined administrative processes across schools in the division.

Mr. Rommel T. Oczon, the Systems Developer behind the enhanced DTS, led the session. He provided a comprehensive walkthrough of the system, highlighting its user-friendly interface, advanced tracking capabilities, and security features.

Meanwhile, the participants were guided through practical demonstrations on how to navigate the system, ensuring that they are well-prepared to implement it in their respective schools.
The upgraded DTS is expected to enhance the accuracy, accessibility, and security of school records, significantly reducing processing times and improving overall productivity.

This initiative is part of SDO Calamba City’s ongoing efforts to modernize its administrative systems and ensure that school operations are aligned with the DepEd’s vision of leveraging technology to improve service delivery.
