The Schools Division Office of Calamba City assessed the current status of program implementation and budget utilization vis-à-vis set targets for the third quarter of fiscal year 2024 to ensure that efforts remain effective and efficient in delivering the various programs, projects, and activities of the Division at The Lake Hotel Tagaytay on October 7-8, 2024.

 

The Curriculum Implementation Division led by Chief Mariliza T. Espada presented updates on the progress of various educational programs under Korecular.

 

Education Program Supervisors and program proponents shared their accomplishments: Lino T. Sanchez for Filipino, Andrea C. Senadoza for English, Rosemarie V. Magnaye for Mathematics, Ma. Fe Lorelei E. Amon for Science, Marivic R. Calderon for Araling Panlipunan and MADRASAH, Eder I. Gallego for TLE, Clariza G. Terones for Values Education, Enelyn T. Badillo for Kindergarten and SNED, Rowena B. Cambel for LRMDS, and Victorina D. Palanas for ALS.

 

Meanwhile, unit and section heads from the School Governance and Operations Division provided detailed reports on the status and accomplishments of various support programs. SGOD Chief Dolorosa S. De Castro shared the status of the Quality Management System.

 

Other updates were given by Ligaya G. Martir for the Basic Education Report, Florette Laarni C. Bautista for Monitoring and Evaluation, Kevin A. Domingo for Human Resource Development, Ronald L. Manaig for Social Mobilization and Networking, Jerwin L. Patiga for Youth Formation, Ariel D. Antonio for DRRM, Engr. Allan Jade V. Reyes for Education Facilities, Dr. Mark Lawrence A. Natividad for Dental Services, Dr. Jaztine T. Caraos for Medical Services, Imee P. Aldea for Private Schools, and Dexter M. Palanas for Research.

 

After the presentations, SDS Merthel M. Evardome, CESO V, provided valuable feedback and recommendations. She emphasized the need to enhance data presentation, refine strategies, and improve program implementation to better serve Calambeño learners.

 

These updates highlighted the division’s commitment to enhancing curriculum delivery, fostering learner development, and strengthening educational support services to ensure the seamless operation of schools.
