The Risk Management Committee of the Schools Division Office of Calamba City spearheaded the consolidation and appraisal of the Division Planning Documents for Fiscal Year 2025 on February 6, 2025, at Bulwagang Rizal, 4th floor of the DepEd main building.

 

Senior Education Program Specialist Dexter M. Palanas, Lead of the Risk Management Committee, facilitated the sessions with the support of Quality Management Representative and School Governance and Operations Division Chief Dolorosa S. De Castro.

 

The planning session focused on reviewing, recalibrating, and consolidating five key documents essential to the division’s strategic direction: the SWOT Analysis, Risk Registry, Opportunity Registry, Target Office Performance Commitment and Review Form (OPCRF), and the List of Interested Parties.

 

These documents serve as critical tools in strengthening the division’s planning framework, ensuring proactive risk management, and optimizing opportunities for educational development.
