In a significant stride towards enhancing the quality of education, the Schools Division Office of Calamba City rolls the Division Training of School Trainers on Higher-Order Thinking Skills Professional Learning Packages (HOTS-PLPs) for English, Science, and Mathematics Teachers at Monte Vista Hotsprings and Conference Resort on July 9-12, 2024.

 

This training aims for selected high school teachers to demonstrate an understanding of the SOLO framework and the HOTS learning packages, explain how the framework is applied in teaching strategies or activities under the identified learning approaches, and use this framework in categorizing learner responses and formulating assessment items promoting higher-order thinking.
