
The Schools Division Office Evaluation Teams assessed the Workplace Application Plan (WAP) results and portfolios submitted by the Master Teachers who attended the 2023 Master Teachers Professional Development Program (MTPDP) 2.0, at Bulwagang Rizal, 4th floor of the DepEd main building, on March 25, 2025.
The WAP evaluation aimed to measure the effectiveness of the action plan implementation and the integration of job-embedded learning among the Master Teachers.
Each participant submitted a 3-5 minute video presentation, which included a brief introduction, the title of the WAP, an accomplishment report, and a closing statement.
These Master Teachers attended the MTPDP 2.0 training held at View Park Hotel, Tagaytay City, from February 6-11, 2023. The training emphasized professional growth and the application of innovative teaching strategies.
The SDO Evaluation Team reviewed the submitted WAP results and portfolios, focusing on their relevance, execution, and impact.
The evaluation teams per cluster include Romeo DC Ramos, Eder I. Gallego, and Carmina S. Taip (Cluster 1), Flor I. Tomas and Cincy Merly B. Gecolea (Cluster 2), Marites M. Zoleta, Andrea C. Señadoza, and Jocelyn V. Reyes (Cluster 3A), Mariliza T. Espada, Rosemarie V. Magnaye, and Elsa D. Pagulayan (Cluster 3B), Victorina D. Palanas, Lino T. Sanchez, and Lorna T. Alcover (Cluster 4), Arlene M. Garcia and Marivic M. Aldave (Cluster 5), Thelma G. Calatin and Vienna M. Bondoc (Cluster 6), Ligaya B. Fuego and Charlene C. Angeles (Cluster 7), Dolorosa S. De Castro, Imee P. Aldea, and Lorna N. Platon (Cluster 8 ), Marivic R. Calderon and Maria Sheila H. Sumilang (Cluster 9), and Robert C. Salazar and Jesa V. Mandanas (Cluster 10).
Master Teachers who obtained at least 75 points passed the evaluation and will receive certificates of completion.
Those who did not meet the required score will receive interventions and technical assistance to enhance their professional skills.
