DepEd Region IV-A CALABARZON Field and Technical Assistance Division Chief Education Program Supervisor Job S. Zape, Jr. conducted Strategic Progress and Monitoring and Evaluation of Learning Recovery Plan and Blended Learning Modality Implementation in the Schools Division Office of Calamba City today, May 17, 2023.

Mr. Zape, together with Regional Education Program Supervisors Emelia P. Crescini and Eugene Ray F. Santos, assessed the strategies, outputs, and best practices of the SDO based on the four pillars of Basic Education Development Plan 2030, namely: access, equity, quality, and learners’ resiliency and well-being. Criteria in the areas of baselining, building school and community learning centers, implementing the curriculum, and responding to immediate challenges per LRP were evaluated if evident and fully implemented.

The monitoring team evaluated the extent to which SDO Calamba City and its schools are achieving progress toward the desired and established goals aligned with the DREAM Project and regional targets.

Jose Rizal Memorial School and Real Elementary School were also visited to discuss issues and concerns on curriculum, learning resources, instructional delivery and assessment, welfare of personnel and staff, and program implementation.
