Ten Public Schools District Supervisors and cluster representatives presented their significant accomplishments in the implementation of various programs, projects, and activities, highlighting issues and challenges encountered, and proposed actions during the Analysis and Evaluation of Project ROSS (Results-Oriented Social Services) in Education through Data-Driven PPAs on Research and Innovation at Venus Parkview Hotel, Baguio City, on October 9-11, 2024.

In her message, SDS Merthel M. Evardome, CESO V, emphasized the importance of data-driven reporting. She provided key feedback and recommendations to improve data presentation and analysis, particularly noting the need to include more detailed profiles of severely wasted learners since โ€œwe have programs in place, but we also need accurate and comprehensive data to address the gaps effectively.โ€

SDS Evardome also highlighted the need for capacity-building training for receiving teachers to ensure better support for learners. Additionally, she urged for more detailed tagging of marginalized groups, such as Madrasah, indigenous people, and learners with special needs, through the Learner Information System, to better monitor and address their unique educational needs.

These improvements, she noted, are essential for enhancing the effectiveness of existing programs and ensuring that no learner is left behind.

Key presenters shared updates on the status of various programs implemented in their respective clusters. Presenting in order were Arlene M. Garcia of Cluster 5, Thelma G. Calatin of Cluster 6, Oscar R. Duma, Jr. of Cluster 8, Ligaya B. Fuego of Cluster 7, Romeo D. Ramos of Cluster 1, Victorina D. Palanas of Cluster 4, Elsa D. Pagulayan of Cluster 3, Robert C. Salazar of Cluster 10, Rowena B. Cambel of Cluster 9, and Cincy Merly B. Gecolea of Cluster 2.
