Under the expert guidance and mentorship of coach Ligaya Garay, the Calambeรฑo standout struck gold in the Shot Put event, recording a powerhouse throw of 3.19 meters. In a nail-biting finish, Larino edged out her closest rivals from Quezon Province (3.17m) and Rizal Province (3.01m) to claim the top spot on the podium.

The duo’s synergy was further evident in the Long Jump event, where Larino secured a bronze medal with a leap of 1.05 meters. While Lucena City took the gold (1.92m) and Rizal Province settled for silver (1.30m), Larinoโs podium finish added vital points to Calamba Cityโs overall standing.
