In support of the call of Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to provide affordable, inclusive, and dignified housing for Filipinos, the Pag-IBIG Fund launched its South Luzon Housing Fair at the Jose Rizal Coliseum on April 27–28, 2026.

 

The two-day event gathers leading property developers from across South Luzon, each setting up booths showcasing their latest housing projects through infographics, brochures, and on-site consultations.

 

Housing seekers attending the fair are welcomed with complimentary items such as foldable round fans, ballpens, bags, mugs, and tumblers distributed by participating exhibitors.

 

Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta is set to highlight the agency’s 2025 achievements during the Stakeholders Accomplishment Report (StAR). The event will also recognize partners from both the private and public sectors for their contributions to housing development.

 

Also a highlight of the fair is the “Sugod Buyer” segment, where prospective homeowners will be interviewed about their preferred properties and locations discovered during the event.

 

Qualified participants may receive exclusive promos and discounts offered by developers.

 

In addition, attendees have access to various information desks providing assistance on housing loan inquiries, application processing, payment verification, and sample computations, along with other Pag-IBIG Fund services.

 

The housing fair also highlights the expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program (4PH), underscoring the government’s ongoing commitment to providing accessible and sustainable housing solutions for Filipinos.
