The Division Checking Committee of the Schools Division of Calamba City has commenced the evaluation of documentary requirements for private schools with Senior High School graduates applying for Special Orders for School Year 2025–2026, at Bulwagang Rizal, 4th floor of the DepEd main building, on April 23, 2026.

 

Facilitated by EPS Imee P. Aldea, who oversees private schools in the division, the committee is composed of Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, Senior Education Program Specialists, Education Program Specialists II, and Project Development Officer I.

 

Their task is to ensure that all submitted documents meet the standards set by the Department of Education.

A total of 14 private schools in Calamba City offering the Senior High School program with government provisional permits have applied for Special Orders.

 

As part of the verification process, the committee is carefully reviewing curriculum offerings, learner information, signed Senior High School Report Cards (Form 9), lists of graduates, School Form 10 (SF10), and birth certificates.

 

The checking process is scheduled across four dates: April 23, 28, 29, and 30, 2026. Only schools with complete and accurate documentation will qualify for division-level processing of Special Orders, which certify the eligibility of Grade 12 learners for graduation.
