Prioritizing the welfare of its delegates, the Calamba City Technical Working Group (TWG) convened a feedback and evaluation meeting at Banaba West Integrated School on March 9 to further refine the Regional Athletic Association Meet (RAAM) 2026 experience.

Monitoring and Evaluation Committee member Mr. Joseph Guerrero reported that athletes and coaches have overwhelmingly rated the servicesโ€”including billeting, food, transportation, medical, supplies, and discipline managementโ€”as โ€œOutstanding.โ€

Despite the high marks, the TWG remains proactive. EPS Joel Libranda, Event Manager, confirmed that minor logistical concerns regarding water supply and waste segregation raised in the evaluations were addressed immediately. “All concerns within our control are met with the most appropriate solutions,” Libranda emphasized.

The meeting also featured medical updates from Nurse Arlene Miranda and a celebratory tally of ongoing game victories from School Heads Lenin P. Rodriguez and Charlene C. Angeles, ensuring the delegation remains both healthy and motivated as the competition intensifies.

On the other hand, Principal Pedrito H. Bolante challenged the delegation to sustain their “exemplary level of compliance” regarding waste segregation. He stressed that maintaining the orderliness of the classrooms is a mark of respect for their hosts at Banaba West.
